【摘要】：目的探討Vibrant動態(tài)增強聯(lián)合MR血管成像在乳腺良惡性病變診斷中應用價值。方法 36例患者共40個病灶,其中惡性病灶18個,良性病灶22個,行乳腺動態(tài)增強MRI檢查,并重建得到3D-MIP圖像。在GE ADW 4.3圖像工作站運用Functool功能軟件對增強病變進行血流動力學分析。結(jié)果以Ⅱ~Ⅲ型曲線,信號增強率90%,峰值時間出現(xiàn)在3 min之前,周圍血管征陽性作為惡性標準,敏感性分別為88.9%、88.9%、83.3%、77.8%,特異性分別為72.7%、54.5%、90.9%、86.4%,準確性分別為80%、70%、87.5%、82.5%,陽性預測值分別為72.7%、61.5%、88,2%、82.4%,陰性預測值分別為88.9%、85.7%、86.9%、82.6%,良惡性差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Vibrant動態(tài)增強血流動力學特征聯(lián)合周圍血管征在乳腺良惡性病變判斷方面具有重要價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced Vibrant combined with MR angiography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
