【摘要】：目的·探索硬化參數(shù)β聯(lián)合頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)中膜厚度(IMT)預(yù)測(cè)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性腦卒中的價(jià)值。方法·共99例急性動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性腦卒中及短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者納入研究,經(jīng)常規(guī)頸動(dòng)脈檢查分為IMT增厚組及IMT無增厚組,分別與健康對(duì)照組比較其動(dòng)脈硬化參數(shù)β;對(duì)IMT無增厚組病例按年齡分層,分別比較各年齡段患者與健康對(duì)照組間硬化參數(shù)β的差異。結(jié)果·(1)IMT增厚組及無增厚組硬化參數(shù)β明顯高于健康對(duì)照組(均P=0.000)。(2)IMT無增厚組按年齡分層后,僅≥60歲年齡組患者的硬化參數(shù)β高于健康對(duì)照組(左側(cè)P=0.047,右側(cè)P=0.007);而30~39歲、40~49歲及50~59歲年齡組硬化參數(shù)β與健康對(duì)照組比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論·在≥60歲具有動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化危險(xiǎn)因子但無頸動(dòng)脈IMT增厚及斑塊的人群中,IMT結(jié)合硬化參數(shù)β可提高其預(yù)測(cè)能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the value of sclerosing parameter 尾 combined with carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in predicting atherosclerotic stroke. Methods A total of 99 patients with acute atherosclerotic stroke and transient ischemic attack were included in the study. The patients were divided into IMT thickening group and IMT without thickening group by routine carotid artery examination. The sclerosing parameters 尾 of patients with IMT without thickening were compared according to age.
