磁共振血管造影測(cè)量腦動(dòng)脈分叉角度對(duì)顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤篩查及測(cè)評(píng)的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的分析動(dòng)脈分叉角度與腦動(dòng)脈分叉部動(dòng)脈瘤的關(guān)系,以期為分叉部動(dòng)脈瘤的檢出及測(cè)評(píng)提供重要參考價(jià)值。方法選取2000—2013年河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院行磁共振血管造影(MRA)檢查分叉處有動(dòng)脈瘤,并行數(shù)字減影血管造影術(shù)(DSA)檢查患者84例(動(dòng)脈瘤組),同時(shí)選取在本院行MRA檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)有動(dòng)脈病變但無(wú)其他疾病者195例(對(duì)照組)。采用超導(dǎo)磁共振成像系統(tǒng)行3D TOF-MRA掃描,采用Volume Rendering軟件行3D角度的測(cè)量,分別測(cè)量基底動(dòng)脈頂端(PCA)、雙側(cè)大腦中動(dòng)脈M1遠(yuǎn)端(MCA)、雙側(cè)大腦前動(dòng)脈A2段起始部(ACA)夾角。結(jié)果動(dòng)脈瘤組PCA、右側(cè)MCA、左側(cè)MCA、ACA夾角均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦動(dòng)脈分叉部動(dòng)脈瘤的分叉角度明顯高于無(wú)動(dòng)脈瘤的分叉角度,動(dòng)脈分叉角度對(duì)分叉部動(dòng)脈瘤的檢出及預(yù)測(cè)具有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between the bifurcation angle and the bifurcation aneurysm of cerebral artery in order to provide an important reference value for the detection and evaluation of the bifurcation aneurysm. Methods from 2000 to 2013, 84 patients (aneurysm group) were examined by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. At the same time, 195 cases (control group) with arterial lesions but no other diseases were found by MRA in our hospital. 3D TOF-MRA scanning was performed by superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system, and 3D angle was measured by Volume Rendering software. (MCA), of M1 distal to bilateral middle cerebral artery was measured at the top of basilar artery, respectively. The angle of (ACA) at the beginning of A 2 segment of bilateral anterior cerebral artery. Results the angle of MCA,ACA in right MCA, of aneurysm group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion the bifurcation angle of cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm is obviously higher than that of no aneurysm. The bifurcation angle has important reference value for the detection and prediction of bifurcation aneurysm.
