【摘要】：目的探討超聲心動(dòng)圖對(duì)心臟繼發(fā)性惡性腫瘤的診斷價(jià)值。方法對(duì)35例心臟繼發(fā)性惡性腫瘤患者,進(jìn)行聲像圖回顧性分析,并與術(shù)中所見及原發(fā)癌病理結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果 (1)所有患者中,除3例超聲考慮為良性腫瘤,其余均診斷為惡性,超聲定性診斷符合率為91.4%(32/35);(2)肺癌是轉(zhuǎn)移到心臟最多見的腫瘤,占54.3%(19/35);(3)心包腔是轉(zhuǎn)移癌最易累及的部位,占71.4%(25/35);(4)肺癌易轉(zhuǎn)移到心包及左心房,肝癌和腎癌轉(zhuǎn)移到心臟均累及右心。結(jié)論超聲心動(dòng)圖對(duì)大部分心臟繼發(fā)性惡性腫瘤均能作出定性及鑒別診斷,并推斷其原發(fā)灶,為臨床明確原發(fā)病及制訂治療方案提供重要信息。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac secondary malignant tumor. Methods 35 patients with cardiac secondary malignant tumor were retrospectively analyzed by sonogram and compared with the pathological results of intraoperative and primary cancer. Results (1) all the patients were diagnosed as malignant except 3 cases considered benign by ultrasound. The coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis was 91.4% (32 / 35). (2) Lung cancer was the most common tumor in the heart, accounting for 54.3% (19 / 35); (3) of the tumors, and the pericardial cavity was the most easily involved site, accounting for 71.4% (25 / 35); (4) Lung cancer is easy to metastasize to the pericardium and left atrium, and liver cancer and renal carcinoma to the right heart. Conclusion Echocardiography can make qualitative and differential diagnosis for most cardiac secondary malignant tumors and infer its primary lesions, which provides important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
