【摘要】：目的通過(guò)橋本氏甲狀腺炎患者與健康人甲狀腺的聲速值(SV)的對(duì)比,探討聲速匹配(SSC)技術(shù)在橋本氏甲狀腺炎中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值及其影響因素。方法在彩色多普勒及實(shí)驗(yàn)室甲狀腺功能的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用聲速匹配技術(shù)分別測(cè)量已確診為橋本氏甲狀腺炎的患者與正常人甲狀腺聲速匹配值(ZSI),進(jìn)而得到SV(1 540±ZSI)m/s并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;根據(jù)病理進(jìn)程的不同,將橋本氏甲狀腺炎分為甲亢、甲低、甲功正常3個(gè)亞組,分別測(cè)量3組患者的聲速匹配值ZSI并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果橋本氏甲狀腺炎患者SV低于健康人對(duì)照組;橋本氏甲狀腺炎3個(gè)亞組SV均低于健康對(duì)照組,SV由高到低依次為健康對(duì)照組、甲低、甲功正常、甲亢,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論聲速匹配技術(shù)對(duì)診斷橋本氏甲狀腺炎及其甲亢、甲低、甲功正常的分型有一定的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the value of sound velocity matching (SSC) in the clinical application of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its influencing factors through the comparison of the speed of sound (SV) of the thyroid in the patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods The sound velocity matching value (ZSI) of the patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the normal person's thyroid sound velocity (ZSI) were measured on the basis of color Doppler and laboratory thyroid function, and then SV (1,540-ZSI) m/ s was obtained and compared. According to the pathological process, Hashimoto's thyroiditis was divided into three subgroups: hyperthyroid, hypothyroidism, and normal, and the sound velocity matching value ZSI was measured and analyzed. Results SV of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was lower than that of healthy controls. The SV of 3 subgroups of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was lower than that of the healthy control group. The SV was from high to low in the healthy control group. Conclusion The sound velocity matching technique has certain clinical value for the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function.
