【摘要】：正脊柱病變是骨科的常見(jiàn)疾病,病因常為外傷、骨質(zhì)疏松、退行性改變、原發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移性惡性腫瘤等,脊柱病變的診斷和鑒別診斷對(duì)于疾病的治療和預(yù)后極為關(guān)鍵。椎骨的骨髓是一種隨著年齡、免疫狀態(tài)、氧合狀態(tài)、凝血狀態(tài)和結(jié)構(gòu)需要而變化的動(dòng)態(tài)器官~([1]),一般由黃骨髓(主要成分為脂肪)和紅骨髓(脂肪與水的含量相近)組成~([2])。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),人體的紅骨髓逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為黃骨髓,骨小梁骨髓的脂肪含量逐漸增加、紅細(xì)胞逐漸減少。
[Abstract]:Positive spinal disease is a common disease in orthopedic department. The etiology is usually trauma, osteoporosis, degenerative change, primary or metastatic malignant tumor and so on. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spinal disease is very important for the treatment and prognosis of the disease. The bone marrow of vertebrae is a kind of dynamic organ that changes with age, immune state, oxygenation state, clotting state and structural requirement. It is generally composed of yellow bone marrow (mainly composed of fat) and red bone marrow (the content of fat and water is similar). With the increase of age, the red bone marrow was transformed into yellow bone marrow, the fat content of bone trabecular bone marrow increased gradually, and the red blood cell gradually decreased.
