【摘要】：正孕婦27歲,孕1產0,孕25周。無不良病史及家族病史,因羊水過多超聲復查。產前超聲檢查:胎兒面部正中矢狀切面,顯示胎兒下頜小,下頜及下唇明顯后縮,正常下唇下頜形成的"S"形曲線消失,上、下頜不能閉合,處于半張口狀態(tài)(圖1);羊水無回聲區(qū)最大深度9.3cm,羊水指數(shù)為28.6cm;三維超聲顯示小下頜及張口(圖2)。超聲診斷:晚孕(單活胎);胎兒顏面部畸形,考慮小下頜畸形;羊水
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman was 27 years old, 0 in 1 and 25 weeks in gestation. No history of adverse diseases and family history, due to amniotic fluid excessive ultrasound reexamination. Prenatal ultrasound examination: fetal facial median sagittal section, showing fetal mandible small, mandible and lower lip obviously retraction, the normal lower lip and mandible formed "S" shape curve disappeared, upper, mandible can not be closed, The maximum depth of amniotic fluid was 9.3 cm and the amniotic fluid index was 28.6 cm. Three-dimensional ultrasound showed the small mandible and open mouth (fig. 2).
