【摘要】：正患者女,52歲。5年前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)外陰有一黃豆大小結(jié)節(jié),無明顯不適,近2年感覺結(jié)節(jié)逐漸增大。婦科檢查:外陰右側(cè)大陰唇局部隆起,表面皮膚無紅腫破潰,皮下觸及一實(shí)性腫物,邊界清楚,質(zhì)較軟,可活動(dòng),無明顯壓痛。婦科診斷:外陰腫物,巴氏腺囊腫可能。超聲檢查:右側(cè)大陰唇皮下5.1cm×3.2cm×3.8cm實(shí)性低回聲包塊,邊界清,形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,內(nèi)部回聲欠均勻(圖1)。CDFI:包塊內(nèi)可見條狀血
[Abstract]:The female was 52 years old. 5 years ago, the vulva was found to have a soybean nodule, no obvious discomfort, and the sensory nodules gradually increased in the last 2 years. Gynecological examination: the local bulge of the right labium of vulva, no redness and swelling on the surface of skin, touching a solid mass subcutaneously, the boundary is clear, the quality is soft, can move, no obvious tenderness. Gynecological diagnosis: vulvar tumor, Pap gland cyst may. Ultrasound examination: subcutaneous 5.1cm 脳 3.2cm 脳 3.8cm solid hyperechoic mass of right labium, with clear boundary, irregular shape and uneven internal echo (Fig. 1) .CDFI: stripe blood can be seen in the mass.
