【摘要】：正患兒女,4歲。出生時即發(fā)現(xiàn)骶尾部腫物,約雞蛋大小,質(zhì)軟,表面無紅腫、無觸痛、無滲出。該腫物進(jìn)行性增大,來我院就診。查體:患兒骶尾部后方可觸及一大小約13cm×8cm×4cm腫物(圖1),質(zhì)軟,無觸痛,皮溫不高,無破損及滲液,其內(nèi)可觸及骨性組織,初步診斷:局部腫物。超聲所見:于骶尾部探及范圍約10.2cm×7.8cm的軟組織回聲,內(nèi)回聲不均,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,有多個突起,較長突起內(nèi)探
[Abstract]:The child was 4 years old. Sacrococcygeal masses were found at birth, about egg size, soft, no redness, no tenderness, no exudation. The tumor increased progressively and came to our hospital for medical treatment. Body examination: after sacrococcyx, the child can touch a tumor about 13cm 脳 8cm 脳 4cm (Fig. 1, soft, no tenderness, low skin temperature, no breakage and exudation), the bone tissue can be touched inside, the initial diagnosis: local mass. Ultrasonic findings: soft tissue echo with a range of about 10.2cm 脳 7.8cm in the sacrococcygeal region, with uneven internal echo, irregular shape, multiple protuberances and long protrusions.
