時間-空間標記反轉(zhuǎn)脈沖序列在測量中腦導水管腦脊液的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的采用磁共振成像(MRI)時間-空間標記反轉(zhuǎn)脈沖序列測量不同年齡組正常人中腦導水管的腦脊液峰值流速,探討腦脊液的流動規(guī)律。方法選取健康志愿者41例,年齡7~73歲;其中男23例,女18例,按不同年齡分為4組:7~15歲組(n=11),15~35歲組(n=10),35~45歲組(n=9),≥45歲組(n=11),應(yīng)用東芝1.5T MRI 8通道頭顱線圈,采用MRI time-SLIP序列標記腦脊液,計算出中腦導水管內(nèi)腦脊液的峰值流速;測量中腦導水管的內(nèi)徑及長度。結(jié)果中腦導水管腦脊液峰值流速,15~35歲組與35~45歲組,≥45歲組,與7~15歲組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);中腦導水管的內(nèi)徑和長度在不同年齡組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在中腦導水管,腦脊液呈雙向流動;MRI time-SLIP序列能實時定量測量腦脊液的流速,能顯示腦脊液的湍流。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the peak velocity of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the aqueduct of normal subjects in different age groups by using the time-space labeled reverse pulse sequence of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and to investigate the flow pattern of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
