【摘要】：神經(jīng)菌毛素1(NRP1)是神經(jīng)菌毛素(NRP)家族的重要成員之一,通過與血管內皮生長因子(VEGF)、信號素(Sema)和其他多種細胞因子間的相互作用影響腫瘤細胞的輻射抗性。本文總結了NRP1在相關領域的最新研究進展,并對NRP1的結構、表達、生物學功能和與腫瘤放射敏感性的關系等方面作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Neuromycin 1 (NRP1) is one of the important members of the NRP1 family. It affects the radioresistance of tumor cells through the interaction with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and other cytokines. In this paper, the latest research progress in the field of NRP1 is summarized, and the structure, expression, biological function and relationship with radiosensitivity of NRP1 are reviewed.
