【摘要】：正患者女,50歲。因"左側(cè)頸部腫塊一年"入院�；颊咭荒昵鞍l(fā)現(xiàn)左頸部側(cè)后方"雞蛋"大小腫塊,輕度疼痛感,無(wú)發(fā)熱,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院抗炎治療后腫塊無(wú)明顯縮小。既往無(wú)頸部外傷史及頸部病變史。入院體檢及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:左頸部側(cè)后方捫及一質(zhì)硬腫塊,表面欠光滑,無(wú)觸痛,活動(dòng)度差,相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查無(wú)異常。頸部MRI平掃示左頸部側(cè)后方肌肉組織內(nèi)軟組織腫塊
[Abstract]:The patient was female and 50 years old . The patient was admitted to hospital for " One Year of Left Neck Masses " . One year ago , it was found that there was no significant reduction in the size of " eggs " behind the left neck . There was no history of neck trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of neck trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma and history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma . There was no history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma . There was no history of cervical lesions . There was no history of cervical trauma . There was no abnormality in the related laboratory . No abnormality was found in the related laboratory . The neck MRI plain scan showed soft tissue masses in the muscle tissue behind the left neck side .
