MRI設備中心頻率和發(fā)射增益穩(wěn)定性檢測及處置界限建立

【摘要】:目的對3臺MRI設備進行中心頻率和發(fā)射增益的穩(wěn)定性檢測,并建立其處置界限。方法對本單位3臺MRI設備(設備1:GE 3.0T HD;設備2:GE 1.5T HDi;設備3:GE 3.0T750W),采用軸位T1WI掃描美國放射學會(ACR)模體。在預掃描階段記錄中心頻率和發(fā)射增益,在設備運行狀態(tài)良好的情況下,連續(xù)檢測中心頻率和發(fā)射增益8次,計算均值和標準差,建立2個指標的處置界限。結果設備1、2、3的中心頻率均值分別為(127 725 772.38±39.68)Hz、(63 875 740.13±34.15)Hz和(127 771 958.38±12.19)Hz,其處置界限分別為周變化值≤119.04Hz、≤68.30Hz和≤36.57Hz。發(fā)射增益均值分別為(125.25±1.28)dB、(101.75±1.98)dB和(113.25±0.89)dB,其處置界限分別為(125.25±2.56)dB、(101.75±3.96)dB和(113.25±1.78)dB。結論 3臺MRI設備的中心頻率和發(fā)射增益檢測結果均符合處置界限的要求;處置界限的建立為臨床質量控制提供了正常參考值范圍。
[Abstract]:Aim to detect the stability of central frequency and transmit gain of three MRI devices and to establish their disposal limits.Methods three MRI devices (1:GE 3.0T HDD, 2:GE 1.5T HDiand 3:GE 3.0T 750WN) were used to scan the ACRs motifs.The center frequency and the transmission gain are recorded in the pre-scanning phase. When the equipment is in good operation condition, the center frequency and the emission gain are continuously detected 8 times, the mean value and standard deviation are calculated, and the disposal limits of the two indexes are established.Results the mean central frequency of the equipment was 127,725 772.38 鹵39.68 34.15)Hz (63 875 740.13 鹵34.15)Hz) and 127,771 958.38 鹵12.19 Hz (127,771 958.38 鹵12.19 Hz) respectively, and the disposal limits were below 119.04 Hz, 鈮,
