【摘要】：正孕婦,30歲,孕24周。定期產(chǎn)檢,無(wú)明顯異常,既往無(wú)不良孕產(chǎn)史。孕中期超聲提示:胎兒唇部皮膚及上牙槽回聲連續(xù),硬腭掃查可探及回聲中斷,連續(xù)掃查后可見軟腭回聲中斷,較寬處約0.6cm(圖1~2)。超聲診斷:胎兒?jiǎn)渭冘浻搽窳芽梢�。磁共振提�?胎兒軟腭裂,硬腭完整(圖3)。羊水穿刺提示胎兒染色體核型未見異常,孕婦繼續(xù)妊娠。
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman was 30 years old and 24 weeks pregnant. There was no obvious abnormality and no history of abnormal pregnancy and delivery. The second trimester ultrasound showed that the skin of the fetal lip and the upper alveolar echo were continuous, and the echo could be detected and interrupted by hard palate scan. After continuous scanning, the echo of soft palate was interrupted, and the width was about 0.6 cm (fig. 1). Ultrasonic diagnosis: fetal cleft soft and hard palate were suspicious. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed that the fetal cleft palate was soft palate and the hard palate was intact (fig. 3. Amniocentesis indicated that the karyotype of fetal chromosome was not abnormal. The pregnant woman continued her pregnancy.
