【摘要】：目的對比觀察脊髓室管膜下瘤與星形細胞瘤的MRI表現(xiàn)。方法回顧性分析12例脊髓室管膜下瘤和30例星形細胞瘤的平掃和增強MRI表現(xiàn)及臨床資料,對比分析二者發(fā)病年齡、性別分布、病變部位、病變縱軸長度、椎體數(shù)目、生長方式、T1WI信號、T2WI信號、有無強化、邊界是否清楚、是否有囊變、是否有脊髓空洞、是否有瘤周水腫的差異。結(jié)果脊髓室管膜下瘤與星形細胞瘤發(fā)病年齡、性別分布、病變部位、T1WI信號、T2WI信號差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。脊髓室管膜下瘤縱軸長度大于星形細胞瘤(t=3.21,P0.05),椎體數(shù)目亦多于星形細胞瘤(t=2.58,P0.05);脊髓室管膜下瘤多無強化、呈偏心生長、邊界清、無囊變及瘤周水腫,與星形細胞瘤比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=6.43、10.63、15.42、4.67、13.67,P均0.05)。兩種腫瘤脊髓空洞均少見。結(jié)論腫瘤生長方式、邊界及瘤周水腫等MRI表現(xiàn)有助于鑒別脊髓室管膜下瘤與星形細胞瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the MRI findings of subependymal spinal cord tumor and astrocytoma. Methods the clinical data of 12 cases of subependymal spinal cord tumor and 30 cases of astrocytoma on plain scan and contrast enhanced MRI were analyzed retrospectively. Sex distribution, location of lesion, length of longitudinal axis of lesion, number of vertebrae, growth pattern T1WI signal intensity T2WI signal intensity, enhancement, whether the boundary is clear, whether there is cystic change, whether there is syringomyelia, whether there is syringomyelia, Results the age and sex distribution of subependymal spinal cord tumor and astrocytoma were different. There was no significant difference in signal intensity of T _ 1WI and T _ 2WI. The length of longitudinal axis of spinal subependymal tumor was larger than that of astrocytoma (3.21), and the number of vertebrae was larger than that of astrocytoma, and the number of vertebrae was more than that of astrocytoma, and most of the subependymal tumors had no enhancement and eccentric growth, and the boundary was clear. There was no cystic degeneration and peritumoral edema, and there was significant difference compared with astrocytoma (蠂 ~ 2 6.43n 10.63) 15.42n 4.67 ~ 13.67% P 0.05.The two kinds of tumor syringomyelia were rare. Conclusion the growth pattern of tumor is less than that of astrocytoma. MRI findings such as edematous and peritumoral edema are helpful in differentiating subependymal spinal cord tumors from astrocytomas.
