【摘要】:實(shí)時(shí)功能磁共振成像(rt-f MRI)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為基于腦血液動(dòng)力學(xué)水平的神經(jīng)反饋技術(shù)提供了基礎(chǔ),并為認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué)的研究帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。隨著大腦高級(jí)神經(jīng)機(jī)制研究的深入,基于rt-f MRI的神經(jīng)反饋技術(shù)正從早期單一腦區(qū)的調(diào)節(jié)向更符合人腦功能活動(dòng)的腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接的調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)展,并有望成為rt-f MRI神經(jīng)反饋的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。文中首先對(duì)基于rt-f MRI的神經(jīng)反饋技術(shù)的基本原理和發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了介紹,然后重點(diǎn)討論了基于腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接的rt-f MRI神經(jīng)反饋技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,包括研究思路、實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和研究結(jié)論等,最后對(duì)該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展存在的問題進(jìn)行了討論和展望。
[Abstract]:The development of real-time functional magnetic resonance imaging provides the basis for neurofeedback technology based on cerebral hemodynamics, and brings new opportunities and challenges to the research of cognitive neuroscience. The neural feedback technology based on rt-f MRI is developing from the regulation of the early single brain area to the regulation of the brain network connection, which is more consistent with the functional activities of the human brain. It is expected to become the trend of rt-f MRI neural feedback. Firstly, the basic principle and development of neural feedback technology based on rt-f MRI are introduced. Then, the research status of rt-f MRI neural feedback technology based on brain network connection is discussed, including the research ideas, experimental methods and research conclusions. Finally, the problems existing in the development of this field are discussed and prospected.
