【摘要】：目的:探討嬰幼兒顱內(nèi)感染磁共振增強腦膜強化方式。方法:回顧性分析95例臨床懷疑顱內(nèi)感染患兒的臨床資料和磁共振增強影像表現(xiàn),其中男45例,女50例,年齡1天~2歲。95例患兒均行磁共振常規(guī)平掃及T1WI增強掃描,腦膜強化分為4級,確診標準為腦脊液化驗和臨床診斷。結果:經(jīng)臨床確診病毒性腦炎33例,腦膜強化分級0級14例,Ⅰ級0例,Ⅱ級12例,Ⅲ級7例�；撔阅X膜炎17例,0級0例,Ⅰ級15例,Ⅱ級0例,Ⅲ級2例。結核性腦膜炎25例,0級7例,Ⅰ級0例,Ⅱ級2例,Ⅲ級16例。臨床排除感染20例。結論:嬰幼兒軟腦膜表面毛細血管豐富,因此僅憑軟腦膜輕中度的強化,不能作為顱內(nèi)感染的可靠征象,嬰幼兒顱內(nèi)感染早期病理改變輕微,影像表現(xiàn)也可以正常,需結合臨床確診。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the enhanced meningeal enhancement mode of MRI in infants with intracranial infection. Methods: the clinical data and MRI findings of 95 children with suspected intracranial infection were retrospectively analyzed, including 45 males and 50 females. All the 95 children, aged 1 day or 2 years, underwent conventional plain MRI and enhanced T 1WI. Meningeal enhancement was divided into 4 grades.
