【摘要】：目的探討CT增強(qiáng)掃描檢查中碘對(duì)比劑滲漏的相關(guān)因素及預(yù)防措施。方法對(duì)2015年CT增強(qiáng)掃描檢查中發(fā)生滲漏的46例患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果不同性別患者的滲漏率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);滲漏率與患者年齡有關(guān)(P0.01);滲漏率隨注射速率增加有升高趨勢(shì)(P0.05),滲漏率與對(duì)比劑濃度有關(guān)(P0.05);滲漏率沒有隨注射劑量增加而升高的趨勢(shì)(P=0.675);滲漏率與注射護(hù)士從事該項(xiàng)工作年限長(zhǎng)短有關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論女性患者的滲漏率較男性高,年齡越大、對(duì)比劑濃度越大、注射速率越快、注射護(hù)士從事該項(xiàng)工作年限越短,滲漏率越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relative factors and preventive measures of leakage of iodine contrast medium in CT enhanced scanning. Methods the clinical data of 46 patients with leakage in CT enhanced scan on 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. There was significant difference in the leakage rate of the patients (P 0.05); the leakage rate was related to the age of the patients (P 0.01); the leakage rate increased with the increase of injection rate (P 0.05), and the leakage rate was related to the concentration of contrast agent (P 0.05); the leakage rate did not increase with the increase of injection dose. The leakage rate was related to the length of working life of injection nurses. Conclusion the leakage rate of female patients is higher than that of males. The older the age, the greater the concentration of contrast agent, the faster the injection rate, the shorter the working time of the injection nurse, the greater the leakage rate.
