【摘要】：回顧性分析78例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的胃腸道間質(zhì)瘤(GIST)超聲表現(xiàn),術(shù)后證實(shí)超聲測(cè)量瘤體大小與手術(shù)病理測(cè)量結(jié)果之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;對(duì)GIST的聲像圖進(jìn)行大小、形態(tài)、邊界、內(nèi)部有無壞死液化、血流情況、周圍臟器有無浸潤(rùn)和轉(zhuǎn)移等6個(gè)方面進(jìn)行描述,根據(jù)Fletcher原則將GIST分為低危組和中高危組,除血流信號(hào)豐富程度與腫瘤侵襲危險(xiǎn)性分級(jí)之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義外,瘤體大小、形狀規(guī)則情況、邊界和瘤體內(nèi)液化壞死等超聲表現(xiàn)與腫瘤侵襲危險(xiǎn)性之間均存在相關(guān)性(P0.01)。飲水后GIST的定位準(zhǔn)確率為84.85%,高于飲水前的定位準(zhǔn)確率68.33%(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:The ultrasonographic findings of 78 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. There was no significant difference between the size of the tumor measured by postoperative ultrasound and the results of pathology, and the size, shape and boundary of the sonogram of GIST were analyzed. The internal necrosis and liquefaction, blood flow, infiltration and metastasis of surrounding organs were described. According to the Fletcher principle, GIST was divided into low risk group and middle high risk group. The size and shape of the tumor were regular except that there was no significant difference between the abundance of blood flow signal and the grade of tumor invasion risk. There was a correlation between ultrasonic features such as boundary and necrosis of tumor and the risk of tumor invasion. The accuracy of GIST localization after drinking water was 84.85, which was higher than that before drinking water (68.33%).
