【摘要】：正患者男,32歲,因"間歇性左上腹、腰背部脹痛1月余"入院。6個月前體檢時超聲提示脾臟下極占位性病變。體格檢查未見異常。超聲:于脾臟下極見大小約5.4cm×5.0cm的低回聲腫塊,邊界模糊,形態(tài)規(guī)則,內部回聲不均勻,CDFI可探及血流信號。CT:平掃示脾臟下極類圓形等密度腫塊,邊界模糊,局
[Abstract]:The male was 32 years old. He was admitted to hospital because of "intermittent left upper abdomen, distended loins and back pain on January". Six months before the examination, ultrasound revealed the extremely space-occupying lesion of the spleen. No abnormal physical examination was observed. Ultrasound: hypoechoic masses of about 5.4 cm 脳 5.0 cm in size were seen at the lower extremity of the spleen. The boundary is fuzzy, the shape is regular, the internal echo is not uniform. CDFI can detect the blood flow signal. CT: plain scan shows the inferior pole of the spleen is round and equal density mass, the boundary is fuzzy, the bureau is not clear.
