【摘要】：目的:分析正常男性前列腺外周帶ESWAN成像的相位值、磁矩值、R2*值、T2*值隨年齡的變化規(guī)律,探討ESWAN評估外周帶加齡性變化的可行性。方法:對65名正常男性行前列腺多回波采集重度T2*加權三維梯度回波(ESWAN)成像,測量外周帶的相位值、磁矩值、R2*和T2*值,研究對象按照年齡不同分為青年、中年及老年三組,分析各組的ESWAN指標及其年齡相關性。結果:青、中、老年組外周帶R2*值分別為15.43±2.71 Hz、16.49±3.53 Hz、20.67±5.30 Hz(F=9.402,P=0.000),T2*值依次為73.13±17.22 ms、65.56±20.15 ms、49.73±15.74 ms(F=8.433,P=0.001),磁矩值為1721.0±126.1、1489.3±247.7、1556.1±273.9(F=4.773,P=0.012);各組間相位值的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(F=0.804,P=0.452)。相關性分析結果顯示外周帶R2*值與年齡呈正相關(r=0.477,P=0.000),而T2*值與年齡呈負相關(r=-0.510,P=0.000)。同時相位值、磁矩值與年齡的相關性分析均顯示無相關性(r=-0.095,P=0.452;r=-0.126,P=0.316)。結論:正常男性前列腺外周帶ESWAN成像與年齡具有相關性,R2*、T2*值能反映外周帶的加齡性變化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the phase value and magnetic moment value of ESWAN imaging in normal male prostatic peripheral zone. Objective: to evaluate the feasibility of ESWAN in evaluating the age of peripheral zone. Methods: 65 normal men were examined with T2 * weighted 3D gradient echo ESWAN imaging. The phase values, magnetic moment values, R2 * and T2 * values of peripheral band were measured. The subjects were divided into three groups according to their ages: youth, middle age and old age. Results: the R2 * value of peripheral zone was 15.43 鹵2.71 Hz and 16.49 鹵3.53 Hz, respectively. The values of T2 * were 73.13 鹵17.22 Ms and 65.56 鹵20.15 Ms, respectively. The magnetic moment is 1721.0 鹵126.1 鹵126.1 鹵247.7, and the magnetic moment is 1721.0 鹵126.1 鹵1489.3 鹵247.7, and the magnetic moment is 1721.0 鹵126.1 鹵1489.3 鹵247.7. 1556.1 鹵273.9FU 4.773Pu 0.012m; There was no significant difference in phase value among the groups. The correlation analysis showed that the R2 * value of the peripheral zone was positively correlated with the age of 0.477.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the R2 * value of the peripheral zone and the age. The value of T _ 2 * was negatively correlated with age, and the phase value was 0.000 ~ (-0.510) ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000, respectively. The correlation analysis of magnetic moment value and age showed that there was no correlation between r-0.095 and 0.452; Conclusion: ESWAN imaging of the peripheral zone of the prostate in normal men has a correlation with age. The value of T _ 2 * can reflect the aging change of the peripheral zone.
