目的:探討兒童嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞性胃腸炎（eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EG）的臨床表現(xiàn)、內(nèi)鏡、病理組織學(xué)表現(xiàn)及診治情況,提高臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)該病的認(rèn)識(shí)。對(duì)象與方法:回顧性分析2009年01月至2019年01月重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院確診EG患兒的臨床資料。結(jié)果:1.一般資料:共收集到EG患兒23例,男性多于女性,男女比例為1.9:1,根據(jù)Klein’s分型方法分型,黏膜型共20例（87.0%）,肌型+黏膜型共1例（4.3%）,漿膜型+黏膜型共2例（8.7%）。2.臨床表現(xiàn):腹痛14例（60.9%）、嘔吐11例（47.8%）、便血6例（26.1%）、腹瀉4例（17.4%）、浮腫4例（17.4%）、腹水2例（8.7%）及嘔血1例（4.3%）。3.實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:11/23例外周血EOS百分比增高,12/23例輕度、中度貧血,3/22例CRP升高,11/18例隱血試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性,5/7例特異性IgE水平升高,3/4例過(guò)敏原斑貼試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性。5/6例骨髓細(xì)胞學(xué)示EOS增多,1/6例缺鐵性貧血骨髓象。2例完善腹水檢查,腹水涂片均可見(jiàn)大量EOS（94-97%）。4.內(nèi)鏡檢查:內(nèi)鏡下見(jiàn)胃腸道充血...
