【摘要】：目的研究不同類型幽門螺桿菌(HP)感染與兒童過敏性紫癜(HSP)之間的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)一步探討HSP的病因及發(fā)病機(jī)制。方法收集2014年9月至2015年12月青島大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院兒科住院治療的100例HSP患兒作為病例組,同時(shí)選取50名門診健康查體同齡兒童作為對(duì)照組。進(jìn)行HP抗體檢測(cè)及分型檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 HSP組患兒的HP感染率明顯高于對(duì)照組(χ~2=4.170,P0.05)。其中有消化系癥狀HSP組HP感染率明顯高于無消化系癥狀組(χ~2=12.542,P0.05);HP陽(yáng)性HSP組Ⅰ型和中間型菌株總感染率明顯高于HP陽(yáng)性正常對(duì)照組(χ~2=8.499,P0.05);HP陽(yáng)性有消化系癥狀HSP組Ⅰ型菌株感染率明顯高于HP陽(yáng)性無消化系癥狀組(χ~2=8.433,P0.05),Ⅱ型菌株感染率明顯低于無消化系癥狀組(χ~2=12.046,P0.05)。結(jié)論兒童HSP的發(fā)病可能與HP感染有關(guān)。HSP兒童感染HP菌株類型以Ⅰ型、中間型為主,且與臨床消化系統(tǒng)癥狀密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between different types of HP (HP) infection and (HSP) in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP), and to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of HSP.
