【摘要】：目的探討嬰幼兒布-加綜合征(BCS)的血管腔內(nèi)治療。方法回顧分析1例嬰兒期診斷為BCS并行血管腔內(nèi)治療患兒的臨床資料。結(jié)果患兒,女,23個(gè)月,反復(fù)腹脹3月余,經(jīng)血管超聲、磁共振成像檢查確診為BCS。明確診斷后行血管腔內(nèi)治療,術(shù)后閉塞血管內(nèi)血流通暢,尿量增加,腹脹明顯減輕。結(jié)論嬰幼兒BCS罕見(jiàn),病情復(fù)雜,行血管腔內(nèi)治療有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the endovascular treatment of (BCS) in infants with Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods the clinical data of one infant with BCS and endovascular therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results the children, female, 23 months, had repeated abdominal distension for more than 3 months. BCS. was diagnosed by vascular ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. After definite diagnosis, intravascular blood flow was smooth, urine volume was increased and abdominal distention was alleviated. Conclusion Infant BCS is rare and complicated, and endovascular treatment is effective.
