【摘要】：目的：觀察導(dǎo)赤降肝湯治療心肝火旺型小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥的臨床療效,并通過(guò)療效評(píng)價(jià)以探討小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥治療的中醫(yī)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 方法：收集符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患兒60例(于2013年04月到2014年2月在成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院兒科門(mén)診病人中選取),將60例患兒根據(jù)對(duì)照原則分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。治療組給予中藥湯劑導(dǎo)赤降肝湯口服；對(duì)照組給予泰必利片口服。療程4周,統(tǒng)計(jì)觀察兩組治療前后癥狀積分并得出療效差異。 結(jié)果：治療組及治療組對(duì)小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥均有治療作用,主癥療效比較：治療組總有效率93.3%、對(duì)照組總有效率80.0%,差異性顯著(P0.05),治療組效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；在治療運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)方面,尤其是在減少抽動(dòng)數(shù)量、干擾性方面,治療組優(yōu)于治療組。針對(duì)次癥方面(面色、情緒、睡眠)的療效,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論：兩組藥物對(duì)小兒TS的治療效果且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,說(shuō)明導(dǎo)赤降肝湯治療多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥具有較好的臨床療效,其作用優(yōu)于泰必利的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Daochijianggan decoction (DQGTang) in the treatment of multiple tic syndrome in children with heart, liver and fire, and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of pediatric multiple tic syndrome through the evaluation of curative effect. Methods: 60 children who met the diagnostic criteria (selected from April 2013 to February 2014) were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) according to the control principle. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Daochijianggan decoction and the control group with tiapride tablets. The symptom scores before and after treatment were statistically observed and the difference of curative effect was obtained. Results: the treatment group and the treatment group all have the treatment function to the child multiple tic disorder, the main symptom curative effect comparison: the treatment group total effective rate 93. 3, the control group total effective rate 80. 0%, the difference is significant (P0.05), the treatment group effect is superior to the control group, in the treatment movement twitch aspect, Especially in reducing the number of twitching, interference, the treatment group is better than the treatment group. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of the two drugs on children with TS is better than that of the control group, which indicates that Daochijianggan decoction has a better clinical effect in the treatment of multiple tic syndrome, and its effect is better than that of Tiapride.
