【摘要】：比較低出生體重兒和小于胎齡兒發(fā)生的影響因素。選擇2012年1月1日~2016年12月31日在山東省交通醫(yī)院分娩的活產(chǎn)單胎新生兒,分析新生兒出生體重的影響因素。Logistic回歸分析顯示,女嬰(OR=2.151,95%CI:1.580~2.927)、出生缺陷(OR=3.325,95%CI:1.444~7.656)、早產(chǎn)(OR=28.548,95%CI:20.460~39.833)是低出生體重兒的影響因素;女嬰(OR=1.260,95%CI:1.092~1.455)、產(chǎn)檢次數(shù)4次(與產(chǎn)檢4次~7次者比,OR=1.386,95%CI:1.184~1.623)、產(chǎn)檢次數(shù)≥8次(與產(chǎn)檢4次~7次者比,OR=1.576,95%CI:1.238~2.007)、圍孕期未服用營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充劑(OR=1.379,95%CI:1.109~1.715)是小于胎齡兒的影響因素。低出生體重兒和小于胎齡兒發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素有所差異,孕婦應(yīng)采取不同的預(yù)防措施,從而減少不良妊娠結(jié)局的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:To compare the influence factors of low birth weight infant and small gestational age infant. Single born live newborn born in Shandong Communication Hospital from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2016 was selected and the influencing factors of neonatal birth weight were analyzed.
