【摘要】：目的探討重癥哮喘患兒運(yùn)用無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣治療的有效性。方法將58例重癥哮喘患兒分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各29例,觀察組采用無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣治療,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)治療,比較兩組患兒的治療總有效率、哮喘持續(xù)時(shí)間、呼吸困難緩解時(shí)間及哮鳴音消失時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率為96.55%,哮喘持續(xù)時(shí)間為(3.9±0.7)d,呼吸困難緩解時(shí)間為(2.1±0.6)d,哮鳴音消失時(shí)間為(31.7±11.4)h,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣治療重癥哮喘患兒,效果確切,癥狀能夠迅速消退,臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值極高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in children with severe asthma. Methods 58 children with severe asthma were divided into observation group (n = 29) and control group (n = 29). The observation group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and the control group was treated with routine therapy. The total effective rate and the duration of asthma were compared between the two groups. Duration of dyspnea relief and wheezing disappearance. Results the total effective rate, asthma duration, dyspnea relief time and wheezing disappearance time in the observation group were 96.55 and (3.9 鹵0.7) days, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is effective in the treatment of children with severe asthma, the symptoms can recede rapidly and the clinical application value is very high.
