【摘要】：目的探討早產兒早期神經發(fā)育趨勢。方法隨訪早產兒及足月兒于12、24月齡時(早產兒為校正年齡),以Bayley嬰幼兒發(fā)育量表評估的智力發(fā)育指數(MDI)及運動發(fā)育指數(PDI)的差異。結果 12月齡時,出生胎齡32周、32~33~(+6)周、34~36~(+6)周早產兒各組與足月兒組之間按校正年齡(CA)的PDI得分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.820);足月兒和出生胎齡34~36~(+6)周組按實際年齡(UCA)的MDI和PDI得分均高于32周和32~33~(+6)周組,足月兒組的PDI得分高于34~36~(+6)周組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。不同出生體質量早產兒與足月兒組之間按CA的PDI得分比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.166),≥2 500 g早產兒及足月兒組按UCA的MDI和PDI得分高于出生體質量1 500 g、1 500~1 999 g及2 000~2 499 g早產兒組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。24月齡時,按UCA的MDI得分足月兒組高于出生胎齡32周、32~33~(+6)周、34~36~(+6)周早產兒組,也高于出生體質量1 500 g、1 500~1 999 g及2 000~2 499 g早產兒組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。1 500g早產兒組按UCA的MDI曲線呈下降趨勢,而按UCA的PDI曲線呈明顯上升趨勢。結論早產兒CA12月齡、24月齡時神經發(fā)育基本達同齡足月兒水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the trend of early nerve development in premature infants. Methods the intellectual development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) of preterm infants and term infants were evaluated by Bayley Infant Development scale at the age of 12 to 24 months.
