【摘要】：目的研究?jī)和撔阅X膜炎病原菌、耐藥性及醒腦靜在該類(lèi)患兒中的治療效果,為兒童化膿性腦膜炎的診斷與治療提供依據(jù)。方法選取2015年5月-2016年5月醫(yī)院收治的化膿性腦膜炎患兒66例,進(jìn)行病原菌及其耐藥性檢測(cè),將66例患兒隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組33例患兒進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,觀察組33例患兒則在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用醒腦靜進(jìn)行治療,統(tǒng)計(jì)并比較兩組患兒治療總有效率。結(jié)果 66例化膿性腦膜炎患兒共檢出66株病原菌,其中肺炎鏈球菌檢出率最高占36.36%,明顯高于其他病原菌檢出率,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而常見(jiàn)病原菌對(duì)左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林及頭孢唑林的耐藥率相對(duì)較高,明顯高于對(duì)其他藥物的耐藥率;治療總有效率觀察組患兒為90.91%,明顯高于對(duì)照組患兒69.70%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論兒童化膿性腦膜炎病原菌主要以肺炎鏈球菌為主,其耐藥性較為明顯,同時(shí)醒腦靜在此類(lèi)患兒中的應(yīng)用效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of pathogenic bacteria, drug resistance and Xingnaojing on suppurative meningitis in children, and to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of suppurative meningitis in children. Methods 66 children with suppurative meningitis admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and tested for pathogens and drug resistance. 66 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 33 cases in control group were treated with routine therapy. 33 children in the observation group were treated with Xingnaojing on the basis of the control group, and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups. Results 66 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 66 children with suppurative meningitis, among which the highest detection rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae was 36.36, which was significantly higher than that of other pathogens (P0.05), while the common pathogenic bacteria to levofloxacin, The drug resistance rate of piperacillin and cefazolin was higher than that of other drugs, and the total effective rate of observation group was 90.91, which was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Streptococcus pneumoniae is the main pathogen of suppurative meningitis in children, and the drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae is obvious.
