【摘要】：目的觀察咪唑立賓(MZR)對兒童頻復發(fā)型原發(fā)腎病綜合征的療效。方法將2013年4月至2015年1月中南大學湘雅二醫(yī)院兒童醫(yī)學中心兒童腎臟�？频淖≡夯蜷T診登記完整的兒童頻復發(fā)型原發(fā)腎病綜合征45例納入研究,觀察對照組(雷公藤+潑尼松)24例和治療組(咪唑立賓+潑尼松)21例1年內患兒復發(fā)次數(shù)、波尼松用量、腎小球濾過率、血清白蛋白、尿蛋白、尿酸等指標的變化。結果予以MZR治療后,治療組患兒復發(fā)次數(shù)減少,潑尼松有效用量下降、腎小球濾過率無下降、血清白蛋白水平上升、尿蛋白減少、尿酸水平無明顯變化。結論 MRZ是治療兒童頻復發(fā)型原發(fā)腎病綜合征的有效藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of midazolipin (MZR) on recurrent primary nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods from April 2013 to January 2015, 45 children with recurrent primary nephrotic syndrome were enrolled in the study. 24 cases of control group (Tripterygium wilfordii prednisone) and 21 cases of treatment group (midazolipin prednisone) within one year were observed the changes of recurrence times, dosage of Bonisone, glomerular filtration rate, serum albumin, uric acid and so on. Results after MZR treatment, the number of recurrence, the effective dosage of prednisone, the glomerular filtration rate, the serum albumin level, the urinary protein level and the uric acid level in the treatment group were decreased. Conclusion MRZ is an effective drug for the treatment of recurrent primary nephrotic syndrome in children.
