【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用ICF-CY相關(guān)工具分析孤獨(dú)癥兒童的功能障礙,探討體育活動(dòng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)的可能效果和方法。方法應(yīng)用ICF-CY相關(guān)理論與方法以及文獻(xiàn)研究方法對孤獨(dú)癥兒童的主要功能障礙進(jìn)行分析,探討體育活動(dòng)以及運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)對改善孤獨(dú)癥兒童功能及促進(jìn)全面發(fā)展的作用。結(jié)果孤獨(dú)癥兒童典型障礙體現(xiàn)在社會交流障礙和重復(fù)刻板行為兩個(gè)方面。在身體功能方面,表現(xiàn)為特殊精神功能和運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙;在活動(dòng)和參與方面,表現(xiàn)為人際交往、手和手臂的靈活使用、步行和移動(dòng)等障礙。針對孤獨(dú)癥兒童的功能障礙設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)別化的體育活動(dòng)方案,促進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的發(fā)展,改善相關(guān)的功能,促進(jìn)全面發(fā)展。結(jié)論應(yīng)用ICF-CY理論方法,分析孤獨(dú)癥兒童的整體功能,構(gòu)建個(gè)別化的適應(yīng)性體育活動(dòng)與運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)方法,以改善孤獨(dú)癥兒童的整體功能,促進(jìn)其全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the dysfunction of autistic children with ICF-CY and to explore the possible effects and methods of physical activity and rehabilitation. Methods the main functional disorders of autistic children were analyzed by using ICF-CY theories and methods, and the effects of physical activity and exercise rehabilitation on improving the function and promoting the overall development of autistic children were discussed. Results the typical disorders of autistic children were social communication disorder and repetitive stereotype. In the aspect of physical function, it shows special mental function and motor dysfunction, and in the aspect of activity and participation, it is characterized by interpersonal communication, flexible use of hands and arms, walking and moving, and so on. In order to promote the development of motor skills, improve the related functions, and promote the overall development, the individual sports program is designed for the children with autism. Conclusion ICF-CY theory is used to analyze the whole function of autistic children and to construct individual adaptive sports activities and sports rehabilitation methods in order to improve the overall function of autistic children and promote their overall development.
