新生兒先天性偏身肥大2例報告

【摘要】：正先天性偏身肥大(congenital hemihypertrophy)指身體一側(cè)或某部位的肥大,多數(shù)先天性偏身肥大僅為單純性偏身肥大(isolated hemihypertrophy,IH),偏身肥大發(fā)生率為1/15 000,IH發(fā)生率約為1/86 000~([1])。本文對來院收治的2例報告如下。1臨床資料病例1.患兒,男,27 d,2011-07-25因"發(fā)現(xiàn)左右肢體不對稱7 d"入復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬兒科醫(yī)院新生
