【摘要】：目的研究NICU患者感染病原菌種類的變遷及其耐藥情況。方法通過回顧性調(diào)查方法,對某醫(yī)院NICU住院患者連續(xù)6年醫(yī)院感染病原菌種類變化情況及其耐藥性進行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院NICU患者連續(xù)6年共送檢病原學標本10 971份,分離出病原菌1 876株,陽性率17.10%。其中革蘭陰性菌占67.86%,革蘭陽性菌占26.44%,真菌占5.70%。連續(xù)6年中,臨床標本分離的革蘭陰性菌呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,而革蘭陽性菌和真菌分離率則出現(xiàn)上升趨勢。革蘭陰性菌優(yōu)勢菌為肺炎克雷伯菌和大腸埃希菌,革蘭陽性菌優(yōu)勢菌為葡萄球菌和B族鏈球菌。臨床分離的革蘭陰性菌對頭孢類抗菌藥物耐藥率較高,保持對碳青霉烯類抗菌藥物敏感。結(jié)論 NICU患者醫(yī)院感染病原菌仍以革蘭陰性菌為主,但革蘭陽性球菌和真菌分離率呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the variation and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in NICU patients. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to investigate the variation and drug resistance of nosocomial infection pathogens in NICU patients for 6 consecutive years. Results A total of 10 971 pathogenic specimens were collected from NICU patients in this hospital for 6 consecutive years. 1 876 strains of pathogens were isolated and the positive rate was 17. 10%. Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 67.86%, Gram-positive bacteria 26.44% and fungi 5.70%. In the past 6 years, the Gram-negative bacteria isolated from clinical specimens showed a decreasing trend, while the rates of Gram-positive bacteria and fungi increased. The dominant bacteria of Gram-negative bacteria were Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli, and the dominant bacteria of Gram-positive bacteria were Staphylococcus and Group B Streptococcus. The clinical isolates of Gram-negative bacteria showed high resistance to cephalosporins and remained sensitive to carbapenes. Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria are the main pathogens of nosocomial infection in NICU patients, but the isolation rate of Gram-positive cocci and fungi is increasing.
