【摘要】：目的探討血管抑制型血管迷走性暈厥(VVS-V)兒童心室晚電位(VLP)變化。方法收集2006年7月至2013年1月在中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院兒童暈厥�？崎T診就診,經(jīng)直立傾斜試驗(HUTT)明確診斷的VVS-V兒童184例(研究組)。年齡4~14歲,平均(10.54±2.15)歲。男85例,平均(10.85±2.01)歲;女99例,平均(10.27±2.24)歲。同期按性別及年齡匹配中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院兒童保健�？崎T診進(jìn)行健康檢查的兒童105例為對照組。采用廣東中山博愛醫(yī)用電子儀器廠的SR-1000A心電綜合自動分析儀對受檢者進(jìn)行VLP檢測,比較研究組和對照組兒童VLP變化。結(jié)果研究組較對照組心率(HR)降低[(83.96±12.27)次/min對(87.28±13.75)次/min,t=-2.113,P0.05]、總QRS時間(TQRS)延長[(84.89±12.05)ms對(81.21±8.23)ms,t=3.070,P0.05]、高頻低幅時限(LAS40)延長[(62.43±19.17)ms對(56.79±1.83)ms,t=2.442,P0.05]、均方根值(RMS40)增加[(28.73±7.23)μV對(26.89±7.36)μV,t=2.059,P0.05]。結(jié)論 VVS-V兒童較健康兒童HR降低,TQRS、LAS40延長,RMS40增加,提示VVS-V兒童有可能會發(fā)生心血管惡性事件。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of ventricular late potential (VLP) in children with vasosuppressive vasovagal syncope (VVS-V). Methods 184 VVS-V children (study group) who were diagnosed by vertical tilt test (Hutt) were collected from July 2006 to January 2013 in Xiangya second Hospital of Central South University. The average age was (10.54 鹵2.15) years. The mean age of male was (10.85 鹵2.01) years, and that of female was (10.27 鹵2.24) years old. At the same time, 105 children who were examined by sex and age in the outpatient clinic of Xiangya second Hospital of Central South University were taken as the control group. VLP was detected by SR-1000A ECG automatic analyzer in Zhongshan Boai Medical instrument Factory in Guangdong Province.
