【摘要】：目的探討神經(jīng)保護(hù)因子早期干預(yù)對(duì)先天性巨細(xì)胞病毒感染新生兒聽(tīng)力損傷的保護(hù)作用。方法48例先天性巨細(xì)胞病毒感染新生兒分為兩組,甲組23例用常規(guī)治療(更昔洛韋),乙組25例在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上增加神經(jīng)保護(hù)因子神經(jīng)節(jié)苷酯,分別收集生后3、42 d聽(tīng)力篩查情況及3個(gè)月和6個(gè)月腦干聽(tīng)覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位(ABR)檢查結(jié)果,分析兩種治療在聽(tīng)力保護(hù)方面的療效。結(jié)果乙組患兒在42 d篩查不通過(guò)率低于甲組,3個(gè)月及6個(gè)月ABR檢查V波閾值平均值低于甲組(P0.05)。結(jié)論神經(jīng)保護(hù)因子對(duì)先天性巨細(xì)胞病毒感染患兒的聽(tīng)覺(jué)系統(tǒng)有保護(hù)作用,可一定程度上降低此類患兒聽(tīng)力的損傷程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of early intervention of neuroprotective factor on hearing loss in neonates with congenital cytomegalovirus infection. Methods 48 neonates with congenital cytomegalovirus infection were divided into two groups. Group A (23 cases) received routine treatment (ganciclovir), group B (25 cases) increased the neuroprotective factor ganglioside ester on the basis of routine treatment. The results of hearing screening and brainstem auditory evoked potential (ABR) at 3 and 6 months after birth were collected, and the effects of the two treatments on hearing protection were analyzed. Results the screening failure rate of group B was lower than that of group A at 42 days, and the threshold value of V wave in ABR at 3 and 6 months was lower than that in group A (P 0.05). Conclusion Neuroprotective factor has protective effect on hearing system of children with congenital cytomegalovirus infection, and can reduce hearing impairment to some extent in children with congenital cytomegalovirus infection.
