【摘要】：目的:通過對大連醫(yī)科大學附屬大連市兒童醫(yī)院因肺炎支原體肺炎住院的兒童的一般情況、肺炎支原體抗體(Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Mp-Ab)、C 反應蛋白(Creactive protein CRP)、白細胞及中性粒細胞的分析,探討肺炎支原體肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia MPP)在不同年齡段的患兒血液標本中CRP、白細胞、中性粒細胞的變化,并分析出現(xiàn)此種變化的原因。方法:收集2016年1月-2017年1月大連醫(yī)科大學附屬大連市兒童醫(yī)院因肺炎支原體肺炎住院的313例兒童的年齡、性別、Mp-Ab、CRP、白細胞計數(shù)及中性粒細胞計數(shù)情況。Mp-Ab采用血清學膠體金檢測法,CRP采用免疫層析法,白細胞及中性粒細胞計數(shù)采用電阻抗法血細胞計數(shù)檢測法。按年齡進行分組,分為三組,3歲,3~7歲,≥7~≤14歲。年齡、性別及Mp-Ab陽性為計量資料。CRP、白細胞計數(shù)、中性粒細胞計數(shù)為計數(shù)資料。使用SPSS20.0軟件,進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:1.肺炎支原體肺炎在不同年齡段CRP、白細胞計數(shù)及中性粒細胞計數(shù)的變化:3歲,3~7歲,≥7~≤14歲患兒的CRP值分別為:24.08±1.29mg/L、13.53±1.21mg/L、8.47±1.09mg/L,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);三組患兒的白細胞計數(shù)分別為:14.6±1.5×10^9/L、9.8±1.4×10^9/L、6.8±0.9×10^9/L差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);三組患兒的中性粒細胞計數(shù)分別為:8.6± 1.2×10^9/L、5.8± 1.4× 10^9/L、4.9± 1.1× 10^9/L,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。2.肺炎支原體肺炎與年齡的關系:3歲的患兒例數(shù)為80例,比例為25.6%,3~7歲患兒的例數(shù)為113例,比例為36.1%,≥7~≤14歲患兒的例數(shù)為120例,比例為38.3%�！�3歲的患兒比例要明顯高于3歲患兒,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(X2=5.642和8.000,P0.05);≥7~≤14歲患兒和3~7歲患兒的比例無統(tǒng)計學意義(X2=0.210,P0.05)。3.肺炎支原體肺炎患兒的性別差異:男童肺炎支原體肺炎例數(shù)為135例,比例為43.1%,女童肺炎支原體肺炎例數(shù)為178例,比例為56.9%,女童比例高于男童,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(X2=5.907,P0.05)。結論:1.年齡越小的肺炎支原體肺炎患兒,CRP、白細胞計數(shù)及中性粒細胞計數(shù)升高越明顯。2.肺炎支原體肺炎在學齡期及學齡前多見。3.相對于男童,女童易感染肺炎支原體。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the general situation of children hospitalized with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Dalian Children's Hospital affiliated to Dalian Medical University, and the analysis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody against Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Mp-Abn C-reactive protein, white blood cells and neutrophils. To investigate the changes of CRP, leukocytes and neutrophils in blood samples of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae pneumonia MPP in different age groups, and to analyze the causes of these changes.
