【摘要】：目的分析北京市三~五年級小學(xué)生進(jìn)食行為與超重肥胖的關(guān)系,為兒童超重肥胖預(yù)防和控制提供依據(jù)。方法采取整群抽樣的方法,選取北京市某城區(qū)12所小學(xué)三~五年級的學(xué)生1 788名,測量身高、體重,計(jì)算身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI),通過問卷調(diào)查了解學(xué)生的進(jìn)食行為、膳食攝入頻率、身體活動情況,分析進(jìn)食行為與超重肥胖之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果男生的超重肥胖率為47.8%,女生為25.6%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=94.54,P0.01);男生在家吃飯時(shí)用碗大小和進(jìn)食速度分布與女生的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為6.75,57.33,P值均0.01)。在Logistic回歸模型中,控制年齡、性別、膳食評分、身體活動能量消耗值因素后,在家吃飯時(shí)用碗比大人小、吃飯速度比同班同性別的同學(xué)快是兒童超重肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR值分別為1.55,2.50,95%CI=1.14~2.11,1.51~4.16)。結(jié)論小學(xué)生的用碗大小和吃飯速度快慢可能與超重肥胖有關(guān)。為預(yù)防和控制兒童超重肥胖,應(yīng)提倡小學(xué)生和家長使用一樣大小的碗,并減慢進(jìn)食速度。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between eating behavior and overweight and obesity in children of grade 3 ~ 5 in Beijing, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of overweight and obesity in children. Methods using cluster sampling method, 1 788 students in grade 3 ~ 5 of 12 primary schools in a certain urban area of Beijing were selected to measure their height, weight and body mass index (BMI). The students' eating behavior and dietary intake frequency were investigated by questionnaire. To analyze the relationship between eating behavior and overweight and obesity. Results the rate of overweight and obesity was 47.8% in boys and 25.6 in girls (蠂 2 94.54% P 0.01), and there was significant difference in the distribution of bowl size and feeding rate between boys and girls (蠂 2 = 6.75%, 57.33%, P < 0.01). In the Logistic regression model, after controlling for age, gender, dietary score, and energy consumption for physical activity, eating at home was smaller than that of adults. The OR value of eating faster than that of the students of the same sex was 1.55 / 2.5095 / 1.142.111.51 / 1.51 / 4.160.The risk factors of overweight and obesity in children were 1.55 / 2.5095 / 1.142.111.51 / 4.16, respectively. Conclusion the size of bowl and the speed of eating may be related to overweight and obesity. In order to prevent and control overweight and obesity in children, primary school students and parents should be encouraged to use bowls of the same size and slow down their eating speed.
