顱腔正中矢狀面磁共振成像對正常嬰兒顱腔面積的測量

【摘要】:目的:于磁共振正中矢狀位成像測量正常嬰兒顱腔面積,并歸納正常值范圍,探討其與月齡的相關性及性別差異。方法:從臨沂市人民醫(yī)院圖片存檔與通信系統(tǒng)(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)中選取2012年—2015年期間行MRI檢查的符合入組標準的嬰兒共741例,其中男性446例,女性295例,按不同月齡段分為12組。于磁共振正中矢狀位T1flair像上測量幕上面積、幕下面積、全顱面積,計算幕上/幕下面積比值,對所測得的數據進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果:(1)正常嬰兒,幕上面積、全顱面積、幕下面積隨著月齡的增加而增大,與月齡呈明顯正相關、線性回歸關系。(2)幕上/幕下比值一月齡組最大,五月齡組最小,五月齡組以后比值再次逐漸增大。(3)四月齡組至八月齡組期間,幕上面積、幕下面積的增長速度相對緩慢。結論:正常嬰兒顱腔正中矢狀位磁共振成像顱腔面積各測量值參考值范圍具有一定的變化規(guī)律,可以作為臨床評價顱腔發(fā)育的指標之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the area of cranial cavity in normal infants with magnetic resonance median sagittal imaging (MRM), and to conclude the normal range of values, and to explore the correlation and gender difference between MRI and age. Methods: from the picture archiving and communication system of Linyi people's Hospital, 741 infants were selected for MRI examination from 2012 to 2015, including 446 males and 295 females, who were divided into 12 groups according to the age of different months. The supratentorial area, subtentorial area and total cranial area were measured on T1flair images of median sagittal position. The ratio of supratentorial area to subtentorial area was calculated and the measured data were statistically analyzed. Results (1) in normal infants, the supratentorial area, total cranial area and subtentorial area increased with the increase of age, and were positively correlated with the age, and the linear regression relationship was .2.The ratio of supratentorial / subtentorial ratio was the largest in the one-month group, and the smallest in the 5-month-old group. After 5 months of age, the ratio gradually increased again. (3) the growth rate of supratentorial area and subtentorial area was relatively slow during the period from 4 months to 8 months old group. Conclusion: the reference range of cranial cavity area in normal infants with median sagittal magnetic resonance imaging has a certain variation rule, and it can be used as one of the indexes to evaluate the development of cranial cavity.
