【摘要】：目的評價蘇州市兒童入托入學預防接種證自助查驗評價系統(tǒng)的實施效果。方法開發(fā)和實施蘇州市兒童入托入學預防接種證自助查驗評價系統(tǒng),采用描述性方法分析2016年5月-2017年4月系統(tǒng)實施期間托幼機構(gòu)/小學的使用率、入學兒童錄入率和免疫規(guī)劃疫苗漏種比例等指標。結(jié)果 2016-2017學年全市91.42%(1 129/1 235)的托幼機構(gòu)/小學使用系統(tǒng)進行預防接種證查驗工作;入托入學兒童系統(tǒng)錄入率為85.36%(225 103/263 701);2016年入托入學兒童11種免疫規(guī)劃疫苗的漏種比例(0.53‰-14.55‰)均低于2014年(0.79‰-17.38‰)和2015年(0.66‰-15.70‰)(x2檢驗,P均0.05)。結(jié)論蘇州市兒童入托入學預防接種證自助查驗評價系統(tǒng)的實施使接種證查驗及疫苗補種工作關口前移,減少了疫苗漏種。
