【摘要】：正患兒,男,30 min,因張口受限30min于2015年12月30日入院�；純簽榈�3胎第2產(chǎn),孕36+6周,體外受精(IVF)術(shù)后,因"雙胎妊娠"剖宮產(chǎn)娩出,系雙胎之小,羊水、胎盤及臍帶無異常,無窒息復(fù)蘇史,出生體質(zhì)量2.66 kg。雙胎之大女嬰,外觀無異常�；純耗赣H孕期規(guī)律產(chǎn)檢,未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯異常,父母體健,無遺傳代謝性疾病及傳染病史。生后哭聲弱,即可見牙關(guān)緊閉,張口上下徑最大約10mm,前囟平軟,雙側(cè)瞳孔對光反射靈敏,雙側(cè)外耳廓畸形,耳位低,軟腭及部分硬腭裂開,頸短,可見頸蹼,氣管居中,心肺腹查體無特殊,陰莖短小,
[Abstract]:The patient was admitted to hospital on December 30, 2015 because of 30min due to limited opening of mouth. After in vitro fertilization (IVF), he was born in the second trimester of the third trimester. After in vitro fertilization (IVF), he was delivered by cesarean section due to "twin pregnancy". The twins were small, amniotic fluid, placenta and umbilical cord were not abnormal, there was no abnormality in amniotic fluid, placenta and umbilical cord. There was no history of asphyxia and resuscitation, and the birth weight was 2.66 kg.There was no abnormal appearance of the twin female baby. The mother's regular birth examination did not find any obvious abnormality, the parents were healthy, there was no history of hereditary metabolic diseases and infectious diseases, and the crying was weak after birth. That is, the dentition is closed, the upper and lower diameter of the mouth is about 10 mm, the anterior fontanelle is soft, the bilateral pupil is sensitive to light reflex, the deformity of bilateral external auricle, the ear position is low, the soft palate and part of the hard palate are split, the neck is short, the neck webbed, the trachea is in the middle, the cardiopulmonary abdominal examination is not special, The penis is short,
