【摘要】：目的：加味大柴胡湯直腸滴入法治療小兒感冒表熱里實(shí)證的臨床療效觀察。 方法：將60例小兒感冒表熱里實(shí)證患兒,用隨機(jī)、對照方法分為治療組與對照組,治療組30例,采用加味大柴胡湯直腸滴入法治療；對照組30例,采用加味大柴胡湯口服治療。療程3天,兩組進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)分析。 結(jié)果：兩組疾病療效比較：治療組愈顯率為40%,總有效率為86.67%；對照組愈顯率為26.67%,總有效率為76.67%。兩組疾病療效比較P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。兩組中醫(yī)證候療效比較：治療組愈顯率為66.67%,總有效率為86.67%；對照組愈顯率為46.67%,總有效率為76.67%。兩組中醫(yī)證候療效比較P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。這兩種途徑給藥均可有效治療本病。但治療組和對照組治療小兒感冒表熱里實(shí)證的療效無差異。治療組與對照組治療小兒感冒表熱里實(shí)證在退熱起效時(shí)間及退熱時(shí)間方面有顯著性差異(P0.05)。治療組退熱起效時(shí)間為6.23±1.54h,退熱時(shí)間為45.59+5.84h；對照組退熱起效時(shí)間為7.54+1.93h,退熱時(shí)間為48.68±5.96h,治療組在退熱方面優(yōu)于對照組。 結(jié)論：加味大柴胡湯直腸滴入法治療小兒感冒表熱里實(shí)證的臨床療效確切,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Dachaihu decoction on infantile colds epipyrexia. Methods: sixty children with severe cold epipyrexia were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) treated with modified Dachaihu decoction rectum drip, and control group (n = 30). Modified Dachaihu decoction was administered orally for 3 days, and the two groups were evaluated for curative effect. Results: the curative effects of the two groups were compared: the effective rate of the treatment group was 400.The total effective rate was 86.67, the control group was 26.67g and the total effective rate was 76.67.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). In the treatment group, the effective rate was 66.67 and the total effective rate was 86.67. In the control group, the effective rate was 46.67 and the total effective rate was 76.67.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P0.05). There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in the antipyretic onset time and the antipyretic time (P 0.05). The antipyretic onset time in the treatment group was 6.23 鹵1.54 h, while that in the control group was 6.23 鹵1.54 h. The antipyretic time was 45.59 5.84 h, the antipyretic onset time was 7.54 1.93 h, and the antipyretic time was 48.68 鹵5.96 h, the treatment group was superior to the control group in antipyretic aspect. Conclusion: the clinical effect of modified Dachaihu decoction on infantile colds epipyrexia is definite and worth popularizing.
