【摘要】：正明串珠菌屬(Leuconostoc spp.)是過(guò)氧化氫酶陰性、革蘭染色陽(yáng)性球菌屬,常見(jiàn)于生產(chǎn)乳奶制品、發(fā)酵、釀酒和制糖過(guò)程中,在乳品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)方面占有非常重要的地位。1984年,Shlaes等[1]首次證實(shí)明串珠菌屬為條件致病菌,免疫力低下人群屬于易感人群,可以引起顱內(nèi)、腹腔、胸腔及骨髓等部位感染。除上述易感人群外,嬰兒同樣是感染該菌屬的高危人群。目前對(duì)明串珠菌屬致病的病例報(bào)道較少,感染患者一般為存在基礎(chǔ)疾病者,本病例報(bào)告的為西藏高原地區(qū)1例乳酸明串珠菌感染健康嬰兒引起膿毒癥的病例。
[Abstract]:Leuconostoc spp.is catalase negative, Gram-positive coccus is common in the production of dairy products, fermentation, wine and sugar production, In 1984, Shlaes et al. [1] for the first time confirmed that Streptomyces is a conditional pathogen, and that immunocompromised people belong to susceptible people, which can cause intracranial and abdominal cavity. Infection in chest cavity and bone marrow. In addition to the above-mentioned susceptible population, infants are also high risk groups infected with this bacterium. At present, there are few reports of cases of Streptococcus spp causing diseases, and the infected patients are generally the ones with underlying diseases. This case is a case of sepsis caused by Streptococcus lactis infection in healthy infants in Tibetan Plateau.
