【摘要】：目的:比較膠體金法和被動(dòng)凝集法檢測(cè)肺炎支原體(MP)感染的符合率,探討兩種方法在快速診斷MP感染中的臨床價(jià)值。方法:選取MP感染就診者200例,其中兒童組100例,成年組100例,采用膠體金法和被動(dòng)凝集法檢測(cè)兩組血清中MP-IgM抗體。結(jié)果:在兒童組中被動(dòng)凝集法MP-IgM抗體陽(yáng)性檢出率略高于膠體金法,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而在成年組中被動(dòng)凝集法陽(yáng)性檢出率則顯著高于膠體金法,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在兒童組中當(dāng)MP-IgM抗體滴度1∶160,≥1∶320時(shí),膠體金法陽(yáng)性結(jié)果與被動(dòng)凝集法的符合率分別為95.40%,95.30%;在成年組中當(dāng)MP-IgM抗體滴度1∶80,1∶160,≥1∶320時(shí),膠體金法陽(yáng)性結(jié)果與被動(dòng)凝集法的符合率分別為0,61.90%,63.80%。結(jié)論:在小兒MP檢測(cè)中,對(duì)于高滴度MP-IgM抗體,膠體金法陽(yáng)性符合率可達(dá)到臨床診斷需求。臨床醫(yī)師可根據(jù)患者年齡、發(fā)病進(jìn)程選擇合適的方法,以實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確的診斷肺炎支原體感染。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the coincidence rate between colloidal gold method and passive agglutination method in the detection of MP infection, and to explore the clinical value of the two methods in the rapid diagnosis of MP infection. Methods: 200 cases of MP infection were selected, including 100 cases in children group. In adult group, MP-IgM antibody in serum was detected by colloidal gold method and passive agglutination method. Results: the positive rate of MP-IgM antibody by passive agglutination method in children group was slightly higher than that by colloidal gold method. However, the positive rate of passive agglutination in adult group was significantly higher than that of colloidal gold method, and the difference was statistically significant when the titer of MP-IgM antibody was 1: 160, 鈮，
