【摘要】：目的觀察清肺口服液聯(lián)合喜炎平注射液治療小兒博卡病毒肺炎的臨床療效。方法將59例博卡病毒肺炎患兒隨機分為治療組與對照組,治療組采用清肺口服液聯(lián)合喜炎平注射液治療,對照組給予氨溴特羅口服液和利巴韋林注射液治療,觀察兩組患兒的綜合療效,及治療前后主癥積分、次癥積分和癥狀總積分變化情況。結果治療組綜合療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);兩組治療后主癥積分、次癥積分、癥狀總積分均較治療前降低(P0.05);在治療后主癥積分、次癥積分和癥狀總積分下降方面,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論清肺口服液聯(lián)合喜炎平注射液治療小兒博卡病毒肺炎療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection in treating children with Boca virus pneumonia. Methods 59 cases of Boca virus pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection, the control group was treated with ambroterol oral solution and ribavirin injection. Results the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of symptom score and symptom total score. Conclusion Qingfei oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of children with Boca virus pneumonia.
