【摘要】：目的探討輪狀病毒腸炎患兒乳糖不耐受與輪狀病毒腸炎轉歸的關系,并分析影響乳糖不耐受康復的相關因素。方法選擇醫(yī)院2015年1-12月收治163例輪狀病毒腸炎患兒為研究對象,根據糞便還原糖檢測結果分為乳糖不耐受組和對照組(非乳糖不耐受組),乳糖不耐受組分為康復組和未康復組,收集所有患兒臨床資料。結果乳糖不耐受組和對照組脫水發(fā)生率和腹瀉次數(shù)對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;治療前和治療后,乳糖不耐受組和對照組之間腹瀉次數(shù)對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;乳糖不耐受組和對照組治療后腹瀉次數(shù)(3.32±2.78、2.98±3.12)均低于治療前(7.86±2.87、7.34±2.93),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);乳糖不耐受組和對照組腹瀉病程和住院天數(shù)比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;康復組患兒腹瀉持續(xù)時間(6.67±0.89)d低于未康復組(7.72±1.24)d,康復組患兒輕度腹瀉、無腸道排毒比例均高于未康復組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);腸道排毒是輪狀病毒腸炎乳糖不耐受患兒康復的獨立影響因素(P0.05)。結論輪狀病毒腸炎患兒乳糖不耐受不影響輪狀病毒腸炎的轉歸,腸道排毒是輪狀病毒腸炎乳糖不耐受患兒康復的獨立影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the rotavirus enteritis relationship between lactose intolerance and outcomes of rotavirus enteritis, and analyze the factors of lactose intolerance rehabilitation. Methods the hospital in 2015 1-12 months a total of 163 cases of rotavirus enteritis in children as the research object, according to the test results into fecal sugar lactose intolerance group and control group (non lactose intolerance group), lactose intolerance were divided into rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group, all patients clinical data collected. The results of lactose intolerance group and control group differences in the incidence and frequency of diarrhea dehydration compared with no statistical significance; before and after the treatment, there was no significant difference between the frequency of diarrhea lactose intolerance group and the control group; lactose intolerance group and control group after treatment, the frequency of diarrhea (3.32 + 2.78,2.98 + 3.12) were lower than those before treatment (7.86 + 2.87,7.34 + 2.93), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); Lactose Intolerance group and control group, the duration of diarrhea and hospitalization was no significant difference between the duration of diarrhea; rehabilitation group (6.67 + 0.89) d lower than non rehabilitation group (7.72 + 1.24) d, the rehabilitation group of children with mild diarrhea, no intestinal detoxification was higher than non rehabilitation group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); intestinal detoxification are independent risk factors of rotavirus enteritis in children with lactose intolerance (P0.05). Conclusion the rehabilitation of children with rotavirus enteritis with lactose intolerance does not affect the outcome of rotavirus enteritis, intestinal detoxification factors of rotavirus enteritis of lactose intolerance is affected by the rehabilitation of children with independent.
