基于體感互動(dòng)技術(shù)的ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能研究

【摘要】:執(zhí)行功能是近半個(gè)世紀(jì)來(lái)神經(jīng)心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),并且隨著對(duì)有執(zhí)行功能缺陷的人群,尤其是特殊兒童的研究,近幾年來(lái)也逐漸在特殊教育領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)大了研究的廣度。在研究過(guò)程中,不同的執(zhí)行功能測(cè)量方式得以使用,其中,操作性執(zhí)行功能測(cè)驗(yàn)的種類尤為繁多。不同的測(cè)驗(yàn)范式和呈現(xiàn)方式會(huì)對(duì)執(zhí)行功能的測(cè)量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境中某項(xiàng)執(zhí)行功能的測(cè)量也無(wú)法觀察兒童執(zhí)行功能的整體表現(xiàn)。因此,本研究嘗試將體感互動(dòng)技術(shù)和經(jīng)典的執(zhí)行功能測(cè)量范式相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)了停止信號(hào)任務(wù)和譯碼任務(wù)兩項(xiàng)體感互動(dòng)任務(wù),對(duì)注意缺陷/多動(dòng)障礙(ADHD)兒童和典型發(fā)展兒童進(jìn)行了執(zhí)行功能測(cè)驗(yàn),以探索體感互動(dòng)任務(wù)應(yīng)用于ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能評(píng)估的可行性。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)譯碼任務(wù)對(duì)兒童執(zhí)行功能的測(cè)量結(jié)果與Stroop色-詞關(guān)聯(lián)測(cè)驗(yàn)、威斯康辛卡片分類測(cè)驗(yàn)和背數(shù)測(cè)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有極其顯著的相關(guān),具體體現(xiàn)在譯碼任務(wù)結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)上。(2)反應(yīng)停止任務(wù)與執(zhí)行功能測(cè)驗(yàn)的相關(guān)性并不大,但是任務(wù)中的紅燈錯(cuò)誤率和紅燈停止反應(yīng)時(shí)與執(zhí)行功能測(cè)驗(yàn)有一定相關(guān)性。(3)通過(guò)體感互動(dòng)任務(wù)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),ADHD-Ⅰ型和ADHD-C型兒童的執(zhí)行功能情況并沒(méi)有顯著差異,但是ADHD-C型兒童執(zhí)行功能缺陷程度更重一點(diǎn)。(4)藥物能夠有效改善ADHD兒童的注意控制、認(rèn)知靈活性和工作記憶的語(yǔ)音環(huán)能力,對(duì)于抑制能力也有一定改善。(5)采用體感互動(dòng)任務(wù)測(cè)量ADHD兒童和典型發(fā)展兒童的執(zhí)行功能,結(jié)果顯示出顯著的差異性,說(shuō)明體感互動(dòng)任務(wù)測(cè)量執(zhí)行功能具有一定效度。綜合研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和討論,可以得出以下結(jié)論:由于良好的互動(dòng)、對(duì)兒童認(rèn)知和運(yùn)動(dòng)等多種能力的調(diào)動(dòng),有別于其他臨床測(cè)驗(yàn),體感互動(dòng)技術(shù)任務(wù)可反映多種執(zhí)行功能的綜合情況。體感互動(dòng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能測(cè)量有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),能夠彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)操作性執(zhí)行功能測(cè)驗(yàn)的不足,因此,在ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能評(píng)估中具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Executive function has been a hot research topic in the field of neuropsychology for nearly half a century, and along with the research on the population with executive dysfunction, especially special children, In recent years, it has also gradually expanded the scope of research in the field of special education. In the course of the research, different ways of measuring executive functions have been used, among which, The types of operational executive function tests are particularly diverse. Different test paradigms and presentation patterns have an impact on the measurement results of executive function. The measurement of an executive function in a laboratory environment can not observe the overall performance of the executive function of children. Therefore, this study attempts to combine the somatosensory interaction technology with the classical executive function measurement paradigm. Two somatosensory interactive tasks, stop signal task and decoding task, were designed. Executive function tests were performed on ADHD children and typical children with ADHD.
