【摘要】：目的：為了提高臨床醫(yī)生對新生兒紅斑狼瘡的認識,進一步提高新生兒紅斑狼瘡的診療質(zhì)量。 方法：對2例非臨床紅斑狼瘡或干燥綜合征患者所生的新生兒紅斑狼瘡患兒的臨床病歷資料進行分析總結(jié),并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻討論其發(fā)病病因、臨床特點、組織病理學(xué)特征、診斷、鑒別診斷及治療。 結(jié)果：根據(jù)2例新生兒的皮疹特點,患兒及生母ANA(±)、抗ENA：抗Ro/SSA(+).抗La/SSB(+),以及皮膚病理改變,并與其它有類似I臨床表現(xiàn)的皮膚病進行鑒別,診斷新生兒紅斑狼瘡成立。 結(jié)論：新生兒狼瘡臨床上少見,非臨床紅斑狼瘡或干燥綜合征患者所生者更少見,容易誤診,但只要提高認識,根據(jù)典型的臨床表現(xiàn),結(jié)合母嬰實驗室檢查,以及組織病理學(xué)改變,并經(jīng)與相關(guān)疾病進行鑒別,可以確診。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of neonatal lupus erythematosus. Methods: the clinical records of 2 cases of neonatal lupus erythematosus from patients with non-clinical lupus erythematosus or Sjogren syndrome were analyzed and summarized, and the etiology, clinical features, histopathological features of the disease were discussed. Diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. Results: according to the characteristics of skin rash in 2 newborns, the diagnosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus was established by the diagnosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus. Conclusion: neonatal lupus is rare in clinic, especially in patients with non-clinical lupus erythematosus or Sjogren's syndrome. And histopathological changes, and can be diagnosed by differentiating with related diseases.
