【摘要】：目的探討癲癇患兒末梢血中微量元素鋅、銅水平變化及其意義。方法 58例癲癇患兒為病例組,按照病程將其分為A組(1年)(n=21)、B組(1~3年)(n=14)、C組(3~5年)(n=13)、D組(≥5年)(n=10),根據(jù)腦電圖異常程度將其分為輕度異常組(n=23)、中度異常組(n=17)、重度異常組(n=18),根據(jù)癲癇患兒上次癲癇發(fā)作距本次采血的時(shí)間將其分為A1組(10 d)(n=19)、B1組(11~30 d)(n=22)、C1組(31~90 d)(n=10)、D1組(≥91 d)(n=7);并于同期隨機(jī)選取30例健康體檢兒童作為對(duì)照組。采用BH5100型鎢舟原子吸收光譜儀測(cè)定末梢血中鋅、銅水平。結(jié)果病例組末梢血中鋅水平低于對(duì)照組,銅水平高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。B、C、D組鋅水平低于A組,C、D組低于B組,D組低于C組(P均0.05);各組末梢血中銅水平比較,P均0.05。重度異常組、中度異常組鋅水平低于中度異常組,且重度異常組低于中度異常組(P均0.05);各組末梢血中銅水平比較,P均0.05。B1、C1、D1組末梢血鋅水平高于A1組,C1、D1組高于B1組,D1組高于C1組(P均0.05);各組末梢血中銅水平比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論癲癇患兒末梢血中鋅水平降低、銅水平升高,血液中鋅水平與腦電圖異常程度、病程、癲癇發(fā)作距采血時(shí)間有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of trace elements zinc and copper in peripheral blood of children with epilepsy. According to the course of the disease, the patients were divided into group A (1 year, 1 ~ 3 years) and group C (3 ~ 5 years). According to the degree of abnormal EEG, they were divided into mild abnormal group, moderate abnormal group, severe abnormal group and severe abnormal group. According to the degree of EEG abnormality, they were divided into two groups: mild abnormal group, moderate abnormal group, severe abnormal group, and according to the last epileptic seizure in children with epilepsy.
