【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)兒童肺炎病證結(jié)合療效評(píng)價(jià)量表的信度效度。方法:選取2015年5月—2015年12月在首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京兒童醫(yī)院、廣州市婦女兒童醫(yī)療中心及天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院住院的兒童社區(qū)獲得性肺炎患者共300例為試驗(yàn)組,同時(shí)選取在遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院參加伏九貼敷的301例健康兒童作為對(duì)照組。運(yùn)用"兒童肺炎病證結(jié)合療效評(píng)價(jià)量表"的臨床調(diào)查表進(jìn)行信息采集,通過重測(cè)信度、分半信度、內(nèi)部一致性信度、內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度和反應(yīng)度等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行考評(píng)。結(jié)果:共納入試驗(yàn)組有效病例280例;對(duì)照組有效人數(shù)301例,量表各領(lǐng)域的重測(cè)信度為0.780~0.886,分半信度為0.727~0.912,克朗巴赫系數(shù)為0.609~0.899,因子分析結(jié)果表所包含的條目存在試驗(yàn)前所預(yù)想的邏輯關(guān)系。本量表能夠區(qū)別健康兒童和肺炎患兒,且能反應(yīng)肺炎患兒經(jīng)治療后的證候積分變化。結(jié)論:兒童肺炎病證結(jié)合療效評(píng)價(jià)量表具有較好的信度、效度及反應(yīng)度,可嘗試用于兒童社區(qū)獲得性肺炎患者臨床療效的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale for evaluating the efficacy of children with pneumonia. Methods: selected from May 2015 to December 2015, Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. A total of 300 hospitalized children with community-acquired pneumonia in the Guangzhou Women's and Children's Medical Center and the affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the trial group. At the same time, 301 healthy children who participated in Fujiu application in affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as control group. The clinical questionnaire of "Children's pneumonia Syndrome combined with curative effect Evaluation scale" was used to collect the information, and the reliability was retest. Statistical methods such as semi-reliability, internal consistency reliability, content validity, structural validity and response were evaluated. Results: 280 effective cases were included in the trial group, 301 in the control group. The test-retest reliability, split-half reliability and Cronbach coefficient were 0.780 / 0.886 and 0.609 / 0.899 respectively. The results of factor analysis showed that the items contained in the table had the logical relationship anticipated before the test, and the scale could distinguish healthy children from children with pneumonia. Conclusion: the scale for evaluating the therapeutic effect of children with pneumonia combined with syndromes has good reliability, validity and response, and can be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of children with community-acquired pneumonia.
