【摘要】：目的： 本課題通過(guò)分析其中醫(yī)治療方式、治療思路等指標(biāo)來(lái)回顧分析國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)治療小兒咳嗽的發(fā)展,并對(duì)目前的研究現(xiàn)狀、中醫(yī)治療規(guī)律以及存在的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并估測(cè)今后的中醫(yī)藥治療小兒咳嗽的研究趨勢(shì)并為進(jìn)一步的研究提供相關(guān)依據(jù)和思路。 方法： 本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的方法對(duì)小兒咳嗽中醫(yī)藥療法方面的文獻(xiàn)相進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘研究,通過(guò)分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究類(lèi)型、治療方式、辨證分型、辨證處方、辨證用藥、專(zhuān)方處方及專(zhuān)方用藥等這些幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)的計(jì)量分析,然后計(jì)量分析文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù),利用軟件Excel2003作出相對(duì)應(yīng)表格并統(tǒng)計(jì)以及分析,再以統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件繪制相關(guān)的圖件(如長(zhǎng)條圖、餅形圖等等)。 結(jié)果： 本研究探析共涉及小兒咳嗽文獻(xiàn)651篇,其中自身對(duì)比文獻(xiàn)246篇、個(gè)案報(bào)道233篇、分組對(duì)照文獻(xiàn)97篇；分析小兒咳嗽臨床用藥：其中辨證分型出現(xiàn)的達(dá)156頻次；傳統(tǒng)辨證分型中經(jīng)典方劑使用達(dá)143頻次,而證型中中藥的出現(xiàn)達(dá)1250余頻次等。 結(jié)論： 文獻(xiàn)研究類(lèi)型主要以文獻(xiàn)自身對(duì)比和個(gè)案報(bào)道為主,而分組對(duì)照的文獻(xiàn)總體來(lái)說(shuō)偏少；治療方式主要有內(nèi)治法、外治法、綜合療法、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,主要以宣肺、化痰、止咳為主要治法；辨證處方方面臨床上因辨證分型的不同運(yùn)用相應(yīng)的經(jīng)典方劑治療,經(jīng)典方劑如止嗽散、杏蘇散、三拗湯、二陳湯、小青龍湯等以專(zhuān)方的形式加減化載或者是制成制劑,經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期臨床實(shí)踐證明對(duì)小兒咳嗽的治療有效,可為小兒咳嗽的臨床治療提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Objective:. This paper reviews the development of domestic medical treatment of children cough by analyzing its TCM treatment methods, treatment ideas and other indicators, and analyzes the current research situation, TCM treatment law and related problems. To estimate the future research trend of Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough in children and to provide relevant basis and ideas for further research. Methods:. In this study, bibliometrics was used to study the literature data mining of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for children cough. By analyzing the research types, treatment methods, syndrome differentiation, syndrome differentiation prescriptions, syndrome differentiation and drug use of related documents, The relevant metrological analysis is carried out in several aspects, such as prescriptions and prescriptions, and then the literature data are analyzed, the corresponding tables are made by software Excel2003, and the statistical analysis is made, and the related maps (such as long bar map) are drawn with statistical software. Pie chart and so on. Results:. In this study, there were 651 articles concerning children's cough, including 246 articles of self-contrast, 233 cases of case reports and 97 articles of control, the clinical use of cough in children was analyzed: the frequency of syndrome differentiation was 156 times. The classical prescriptions were used 143 times in the traditional syndrome differentiation, and more than 1 250 times in the syndrome types. Conclusion:. The main types of literature research are mainly literature comparison and case report, while the literature that is grouped and controlled is generally less; the treatment methods are mainly internal treatment, external treatment, comprehensive therapy, experimental research, mainly in the form of promoting lung and resolving phlegm. Cough relief is the main method of treatment; in terms of syndrome differentiation, the traditional prescriptions are treated with corresponding classical prescriptions, such as Zhisou Powder, Xingsusan, Sanrecao decoction, Erchen decoction, because of the different types of syndrome differentiation. Xiao Azure Dragon decoction, which is added or reduced by special prescription, has been proved to be effective in the treatment of children's cough through long-term clinical practice. It can provide some references for the clinical treatment of children's cough.
